Promoting Good Care
Caring Homes Group is an independent quality accredited care home group with a portfolio of care homes throughout England and Scotland. Founded in 1994 by Helena Jeffery RGN and Paul Jeffery, Caring Homes is now one of the most highly regarded care home groups. The brand is synonymous with quality, and has been the recipient of numerous national awards and accolades. Since inception, quality service has been a major focus, a robust approach to clinical governance and safeguarding has underpinned the group in achieving this. Other core elements that make Caring Homes different, include their focus on hospitality services, earning them the Hospitality Assured standard from the Institute of Hospitality and their approach to the provision of hobbies and activities through the development of standard core framework known as “Caring Homes Living” which ensure all residents have the opportunity to be involved and engaged in the “5 a day” ethos – thus providing cognitive, sensory, social, spiritual and physical activity each day.
