Alliance Care and Support maintains a vision to be recognized as a leader of best practice in the delivery of community and residential care for the learning and mentally disabled elderly or physically impaired, focusing on the ‘ability’ within the ‘disability’. In addition, the home also specialises in the provision of expert Home care Visits through their Domiciliary Care Agencies from 30 minute visits to 24 hours support or care in your own home for all categories of Care.

Professionals offer the unique capability to navigate effortlessly between a broad range of services. Provide streamlined support and care with the flexibility and responsiveness to ensure a smooth transition through services as individual care needs change, all from a single provider. Able to provide residential care, supported housing with care or homecare within a client’s own home.

Have been providing care and support within learning and mentally disabled elderly, physically impaired to the community since 1998. Alliance Care and Support operates four care homes within England and Wales which in total accommodates 27 residents and 850 hours of direct care in peoples own homes up to November 2012.

Alliance Care and Support are also able to provide Supported Housing with Care. It is the goal, where possible, for Service Users to move on from residential care into one of their supported housing schemes.

Also able to care for clients in their own home for people who are elderly, mental health conditions, learning disabled, physically disabled and those with any other condition. At the moment ranked as a top approved Provider in and around Colchester, Tendring and surrounding areas by Essex County Council on outstanding quality of care and fair competitive price.

Whether care is needed at a client’s home or at a care home, for one hour or 24 hours a day, carers are there to help, support and care for you.

A dynamic organisation, Alliance Care and Support is supported by a team of great staff, who are willing to challenge traditions and change the face of community and residential care. With a long history of embracing change, Alliance Cares’ progressive approach in the delivery of care is evident across all of their services.

At Alliance Care and support, owners know their staff are the most important resource and have the utmost respect for them and the hard work and commitment they have in the profession. Staff are trained to the highest standard and must all begin their NVQ 2 within six months of joining Alliance Care and Support. Have their own Training Manager Quality Manager Home Care managers and other support team members to ensure that all training and quality of care is up to date so that the highest standard of care can be maintained and provided at all times for excellent care workers.
