Lady Spencer House has been purpose-built to provide personalised care packages for twenty-four residents with long-term care needs, utilising key workers and a depth of skilled care talent to achieve consistent and effective results that have been recognised for their quality.
The accommodation has pleasant surroundings and a homely environment where, together with 24-hour access to an attentive team, residents are encouraged to pursue their personal freedoms, interests and lifestyles, with access to a thorough programme of activities.
The privacy of residents is respected, as are visitors and loved ones who are made to feel welcome upon visiting. Therapists and GPs also visit the home and there is an on-site cook to enjoy a satisfying and nutritious food menu is achieved.

In here for 6 weeks respite after a fall, and recovering fast due to excellent level of care, excellent staff and an excellent atmosphere. The staff really do care, unlike some homes, and work together well as a team to keep everyone as happy as possible. The place is warm, comfortable, well-fitted out, good rooms, and privacy is respected. Food is good, there's a well-balanced choice, and it's all tasty stuff. I would certainly recommend Lady Spencer House for anyone looking for a care home in this area :-)
