Ogilvie Court offers residential accommodation for 28 people with learning disabilities who may exhibit challenging behaviour. The residents have varying levels of learning difficulties and are all supported by experienced staff that ensure physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs are met. Residents are encouraged to keep their rooms tidy and do their own personal washing and families are often invited to come to the house and their support is valued by all at Ogilvie Court. The high staff to resident ratio ensures a very supportive framework of care in which the residents can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. Dedicated internal and external Activity Co-ordinators organise a wide range of daily activities both in and out of the Home. The residents enjoy swimming, horse riding, bowling, trips to cinema, outings to pubs and shopping.
