Broadoaks works very well for my mother. On her first discharge from hospital (2011) she was kindly and quickly rehabilitated, began to walk well with her frame. She enjoys her food, other residents' company, and the attention of staff. Following hospital care for pneumonia, my mum has returned to Broadoaks and her palliative care is excellent. The staff are very kind, ready with tea and support for the family. A member of management is always available to support and explain.
