Our mother has dementia, wanders and has heart problems - she was placed under the Mental Capacity Act. When she is unwell it is Dudbrook that she feels safe and relieved to be back after treatment or an outing. She no longer knows people or able to talk, but she thanks everyone for her care with her smiles. She is always clean, comfortable and well dressed and fed. there are regular activities and entertainment. The whole team provide positive care to mum and support the family.

My wife Beryl has been a resident since Sept . 2013, the logo of the home is "Let our home be your home" and this claim is truly lived up to in every sense. I regard all the staff as my extended family. Beryl is happy and content and so am I together with my family.

My mother was a resident at this care home for many years. She was very happy there and extremely well looked after. Treated with love, care, consideration and dignity. She had dementia and some times could be very awkward and irritable but was always looked after with care and kindness. There was always lots of things going on that she could if she wanted to join in, the thing she liked most was the entertainment shows with all the old songs ect. Having her hair and nails done was another thing she liked.
I didn't live far and would call in at any time was always made welcome by all members of staff and management. The home itself was always clean and smelt fresh, food was excellent, dining room laid like a small friendly restaurant often with themed lunches on special days. I would not hesitate in recommending this care home.

A lovely country residence, although a very old building, everything is fine. Carers are lovely, my Mum is very well looked after, and cared for. After a very bad patch recently, her care was wonderful, with round the clock care and attention. Now into her 8th year at the home she is now 95.
