My father was in Hatherley for 15 months and it really was the most happy time of his latter life. He was always treated with dignity and the utmost care. Being of sound mind the carers really enjoyed his company and he certainly theirs. During the last days of his life, being in Addenbrookes Hospital, he kept asking why he couldn't go "home" where they could look after him better. Home is certainly what it was at Hatherley for my father.

My father is very happy in Hatherley and has been residing there for almost 3 years. The staff are very friendly and nothing is ever to much trouble. The senior staff are also very helpful there is always a happy atmosphere.
