Valley Lodge is located in one of Chandler's Ford's most exclusive areas, and is minutes from the M3 and M27. The property stands in a mature half-acre plot and can be enjoyed by residents in the summer and wildlife throughout the year. Valley Road is a quiet location, but very conveniently situated.

The home is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection to accommodate 30 older people, including those with early dementia. Accommodation is offered in bedrooms that are grouped around separate living and dining areas so that, from a resident's perspective, each "side" of the home accommodates about 15 people.

All our bedrooms exceed the National Minimum Standards for Care Homes. Many of them have en-suite facilities. Residents are encouraged to use their bedrooms and the communal areas throughout the day. They are welcome to install television sets and telephone lines in their rooms.

A good menu selection is offered at breakfast, a cooked meal at midday and a choice of sandwiches or hot snack in the evening. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served throughout the day. Our specially designed menu has been drawn up with the help of residents and is regularly reviewed to ensure satisfaction.
