Brooke House Care Home

Brooke House is a detached Edwardian family house that has been adapted into residential accommodation. Meeting the needs of the fully mobile service users who have a diagnosis of learning disabilities, Autism, Aspergers syndrome, mental health needs and may also present challenging behaviour. Service users are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their own possessions and furniture if they wish. Service users together with their families and friends are actively involved in developing individually tailored life skills plans enabling independent living. Including the use of a normal household kitchen and utility room, a large garden which the residents are actively encouraged to participate in its up keep.
