Millcroft Care Home provides quality care for 8 adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Offering a warm and homely environment with opportunities for residents to extend and enhance the quality of their day to day living. The Home has been tastefully decorated throughout with individual décor to each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each individual resident. A key philosophy is that the residents maintain as much independence as possible and through the support and care can achieve their full potential in life. The ratio of staff to residents is high ensuring a highly supportive framework of care in which our residents can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. Staff organise a wide range of daily activities both in and out of the home which are planned in conjunction with the wishes of the residents.
