The Bay Care Home provides quality care based on respect for the residents, their right to make choices, maintain dignity and receive the best of care to suit individual needs. The Home has been tastefully decorated throughout with individual décor to each bedroom, meeting the requirements and needs of each individual resident. The high staff ratio ensures a highly supportive framework of care in which our residents can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. The spacious communal rooms in each house allows residents the space in which to socialise, use our facilities or follow their interests and hobbies. An ongoing assessment of the resident’s needs and essential lifestyle plans are reviewed and monitored each month.
