St Brannocks Care Home provides quality care for 7 adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour (mental disorders etc). A chalet bungalow, which comprises four bedrooms on the ground floor with separate shower room, toilet and three bedrooms on the first floor with separate bathroom. There is also a main lounge, dinning room, ample kitchen and a large conservatory, overlooking the large secluded garden, which offers a relaxing atmosphere. Resident choice is paramount and residents are actively encouraged to make informed choices and maintain independence. A high ratio of staff ensures a highly supportive framework of care in which our residents can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. A wide range of daily activities ar eplanned in and out of the Home in conjunction with the residents wishes.
