Homeleigh Farm provides high quality residential care for male adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may present behaviours that challenge. The Home is specifically aimed at residents who will benefit from the homes’ location and enjoy the relative tranquillity of the countryside. A structured programme of care based upon full assessments of strengths, needs and history is developed for each resident. In order to provide best opportunities Homeleigh Farm offers a consistent environment through a 24-hour period with an experienced fully integrated and multi-disciplinary staff team. The Home has extensive gardens including a secluded walled patio garden and vegetable and flower garden. Residents are encouraged to tend the animals and work in the gardens and greenhouse.
