Between 1st July and 31st December 2015, we are still processing a number of Recommendations from Recommendation cards sent out before 1st July (These are marked up as Recommendations).

  • We receive approximately 15% of Reviews/Recommendations through website submission and 85% of Reviews/Recommendations through Review/Recommendation Cards (only available to Enhanced / Premium Services more info).

  • We only accept/publish Reviews that are submitted by a Resident/Service User or their Friends/Family (cannot be submitted anonymously) and comply with our Content Standards (eg are relevant, informative, civil and do not contain allegations of abuse, negligence or criminal activity).

  • Before publication, we check that all reviews comply with our Review Policy and we show all reviews to care providers so that they may submit a response to be published with the review.

My brother moved into Frindsbury House in December 2000. The Staff are wonderful and caring and I have often said that if I had to go into a home it would be there. The food is good and the Staff that work in the kitchen are equally nice and caring. There are many activities for the residents to take part in including Music, Art, Cooking and even going out on trips. They enjoy Valentines Day, Easter, a Summer Party, Halloween, Bonfire Night and a Christmas Party.
The residents relatives are much welcomed. If the resident has been living there as long as my brother you feel very much part of a big family.
The Care Staff and Management are very approachable and listen to any worries you may have.
Living at Frindsbury is like home from home. It is very sad to think that my brother will no longer live in this caring home as he unfortunately passed away this morning in Hospital 12/04/2015. Even until the end Staff were with him giving him love and support in his last few hours. For this I will be eternally grateful.

They had a good singer visit last week to entertain everyone. This week a visit from the Zoo, they brought different kinds of animals to hold and look at. There is weekly bingo, exercises classes and quizzes.
