Maldon House is located in Seaford, a lovely seaside village on the South Coast.

This well established residential home provides care for a group of ten young adults who have moderate to severe learning disabilities. Presently, there is a mixed gender group aged between 19-38.

The residents at Maldon House are presently fully ambulant, however, someone who has some mobility restrictions could be accommodated, although Maldon House would be less suited towards more complex physical disabilities.
