My mother has been a resident at Forest View since April 2010. The day we moved Mum into Forest View was very upsetting for us, as a family, and Mum could not understand why we had chosen to leave her there. However, within a couple of days, we knew that we had done the right thing. She was looking very relaxed and thought she had always lived there. Within a couple of weeks, she was looking 10 years younger. She often says that she has no complaints, that she is happy in her home. She thinks the care staff are wonderful, and so do we. Their patience, and understanding, is second to none. Thank you to everyone at Forest View for the wonderful care given to Mum, and for the 'peace of mind' given to her family.
