How Likely are the Reviewers to Recommend Conifers Care Home?
Reviewer Connection to Conifers Care Home
Review submitted from a Website Submission by Nick B (Son of Resident/Service User) on Thursday 19 May 2016. Review relates to May 2016.
My Mother was resident in Conifers Care Home from August 2014 until her death in May 2015. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this Care Home in particular for the kind, attentive thoughtful staff. Mum settled into the home immediately and was very happy staying there. She was beautifully looked after, well presented and always in smart clean clothes. Her medical needs were well met and although she had some dementia she was so happy in her little bubble. The Manager was so helpful in every way, but I am going to mention the care staff again, they were unbelievable, nothing was ever too much trouble. Mum loved them all. The manager and some of the staff attended Mums funeral which was a lovely touch.
