My husband has been cared for by the Management and staff of Silver Court for nearly two years and I feel the care, consideration compassion and general attitude has been so very good. I visit several times every week and can in all honesty say that I have no negative feelings whatsoever about my husband being cared for in Silver Court. Of course it could never be `home` but it is as close to that as it is possible to make such an establishment. The general atmosphere is calm and I have never ever felt anything but positive when visiting. I am always contacted immediately if there is any kind of problem regarding my husband and any serious health problems have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The General Manager and her team both carers and those in the administration side, are always friendly and happy to talk when it is needed. I would also finally add, that The Gen Manager`s door is never closed unless of course she is interviewing prospective clients. The Residents are encouraged to go and have a chat if they so wish - it is always possible to talk to the Manager. I would be happy to recommend Silver Court to any prospective client looking for a suitable compassionate and caring place to have their loved one looked after. One last point - I would strongly give praise to the lovely food that is provided by the excellent chefs - A good deal of thought, care and fresh produce is always given.
