Person-centred care is planned and delivered by long serving, trained, professional staff. The priority is to ensure residents’ dignity and choice is respected at all times. Carers endeavour to meet all the needs of residents, offering a home for life, well supported by local GP practices.
Activities in house as well as outings in a mini-bus are planned to suit all interests and abilities. The garden is easily accessible and enjoyed by all, including an array of house pets.
Lavender Lodge is located in a central position, close to local shops and amenities, the seafront and Worthing town centre. Public transport is within extremely easy reach.

Since Lesley and John took over this home,it has been a wonderful place for its residents. The care given to my mother before her recent death was second to none. She had dementia, was totally disabled, couldn't speak, feed or do anything for herself but was happy and was always glad to see the staff. I can't praise the caring attitude of all the staff too highly.

Since new owners have taken over the management of this home they have improved the facilites for both staff and residents. The lounge has been enlarged and completely refurbished as is an ongoing improvement throughout the home. The garden also had a make over with ramps and wooden walk ways with hand rails for safety. The staff are kind and loving to the residents and keep me informed regarding my friend's health. A senior member of staff is always available to discuss problems.
