Conquest House care home provides quality care for 14 adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and associated mental health disorders. The home offers a warm and homely environment with opportunities for residents to extend and enhance the quality of their living. Each bedroom is individually decorated to meet the requirements and needs of each resident. There is a large airy lounge area, dining room, kitchen, utility room and tranquil, extensive gardens, which offer relaxing atmosphere and a quiet retreat. The ratio of staff to service users ensures a supportive framework of care in which the residents can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. The residents also enjoy swimming, horse riding, bowling, trips to cinema, outings to pubs, shopping. College courses are available and include music, art, communication, speech, cooking, relaxation, arts and crafts, dancing or gardening. |
