Heath Farm House is set in peaceful rural surroundings and has a variety of local amenities all within a short drive from Norwich. Heath Farm House provides an environment in which to support adults with learning disabilities, with or without associated mental health needs. We support people to enable them to lead a positive and fulfilling life to achieve personal goals and ambitions

We have a strong community integration focus and promote access to social, health, education, and employment opportunities; supported by our links with community initiatives, local schools and colleges.
