Kalmia & Mallow provides quality care for twelve male and female clients with learning difficulties, aged between 18-64 years. The two purpose built bungalows are situated within walking distance of the town centre. The staff ratio ensures that residents needs are met at all times with one-to-one care implemented where necessary and that care is provided within a safe environment, ensuring privacy and dignity at all times. Kalmia & Mallow works in partnership with the Local Learning Disabilities Team, Doctors, Dentists and Pharmacy. This ensures that residents receive a complete holistic care approach. A varied activities programme is implemented, in which residents take an active part. This includes horse riding, go-karting, swimming, climbing, bowling and sailing.
