The Oaks/Woodcroft Care Homes

The Oaks and Woodcroft are two modern purpose-built Care Homes for people with a learning disability who may also exhibit signs of challenging behaviour. Both Homes have six individual bedrooms which are decorated to meet the wishes of the residents. The bungalows share a large garden with plants and shrubs. Offering a high staff to resident ratio, provided by an experienced, caring and dedicated team of people who are competent and trained to undertake a full range of health and social care assessments. At the Oaks there is a sensory area and a range of additional sensory equipment to increase each individual's quality of life. In the Oaks each area is designed to give people independence in a safe environment. There are also two modern minibuses for day trips.
