My mother recently passed away. She was a resident in the Vineries for approximately 18 months. During this time my family and I were extremely reassured by the high standard of service and care that my mother received. The home was extremely clean, well maintained and what struck us all was the truly genuine care that was provided by all the staff. Not just the Carers, but also the Cleaners, Cooks and all the Support Staff. The important word in that last sentence is GENUINE. I felt that at a time when the Care Home Industry is receiving bad publicity it was essential to highlight a positive example of genuine care for the elderly.
