Sadly there have been so many changes of manager and staff it is hard to remain confident about this home although many improvements have taken place over the past 6 months. However as they say 'proof is in the eating'! Current manager is very good I hope she stays. I think some of the care staff need more training. Good records are essential to the residents well being and improvements have been made and communication from staff to family is much better. Given all the past issues which have been vast and some are still being addressed I would have thought the owner would have made himself available at resident and family meetings to address some of the relatives concerns, sadly he chose to keep away!
