Turner Court Care Home provides quality care and offers homely accommodation for six elderly adults with learning disabilities. The Home has been tastefully decorated throughout with individual decor to each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each individual resident. Boasting a large airy lounge area, dining room, kitchen, utility room and a tranquil garden, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a quiet retreat. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own space. A key philosophy is that our residents maintain as much independence as possible and through the support and care can achieve their full potential in life. A key worker is assigned to each resident ensuring a holistic approach to individual care and daily fulfilment. Staff organise a wide range of daily activities both in and out of the Home, which are planned in conjunction with the wishes of our residents. One-to-one support is provided where required and all activities are arranged to meet the residents’ individual needs and essential lifestyle plans are reviewed and monitored each month. |
