Parkhouse is a very happy home!, the staff must be commended for the level of genuine care, and here is the difference, they actually like and love the residents. The staff never seemed anything other than actively engaged in the care of these people, not only was mum treated as part of a family, so were we. Great home, great residents, great staff....
