Church Road, Bristol BS36 2NE
Church Road specialises in personalised care for people with learning disabilities, from the pleasant village of Frampton Cotterell, a short drive from Bristol and Yate. The home caters for seven residents, who are currently aged 59-86.
Each person in the home is treated as an individual by the 11 members of staff, who are dedicated to giving residents the highest standard of care. Staff also encourage residents to maintain links with their families.
The home is wheelchair accessible and there is a house vehicle, which residents are taken out in. Those at the home also choose where they want to go on holiday to and who they want to accompany them, with past destinations including Blackpool, Wales and Tenerife. Many residents enjoy growing vegetables in the home's garden and taking part in local community groups, too.
