My mother was a resident at Hillbrow for 4 years until her recent death. During that time she was always cared for in a professional yet friendly manner. End of life care was exemplary. At all times the family was made welcome. I particularity enjoyed sharing a weekly lunch with residents. There was a seamless line linking the family and home's care. This made all the difference to a lady who ''never wanted to go home'' but when circumstances made it necessary could then say it felt like a ''home from home''. Hillbrow is always aspiring to improve its service under the attentive eye of its management team which invites and listens to the views of others. I unreservedly recommend this home and its care.
