The staff work hard, in supporting residents and their family. They pay attention to detail, regarding residents clothes, making sure that residents are clean, and look lovely. Individual care needs are also taken into consideration, on a day to day basis. The manager is more than happy to talk to you if you have any concerns, nothing is to much trouble. All of these things are important which a member of you family is in a care home.
