My mother has been there 2.5 years. The home is wonderful, well set out for elderly residents with straight corridors, room to pass in doorways. It is always clean and regularly decorated. All rooms I have seen are pleasant. Residents are able to maintain as much choice as they are able to exercise. The staff are pleasant and polite. The know the residents well and work well as a team.
