Greville House is a residential home for the elderly , registered to provide care and accommodation for up to 22 residents. The attractive house, which was built around the turn of the century, is set in very pleasant surroundings opposite Sutton Park, within easy reach of the shopping centres of Sutton Coldfield, Streetly and Mere Green. At Greville House we aim to provide residents with a home where they can maintain their dignity and individuality, and enjoy life as much as possible, free from some of the major problems of everyday life often experienced by elderly people living in their own homes. We strive to maintain a warm atmosphere, where pleasant and committed staff are on duty 24 hours a day. The home is furnished to a high standard and many of the rooms have en-suite facilities, residents may be able to bring in selected items of furniture. There are two pleasant lounges and an attractive dining room on the ground floor. Weekly activity sessions in occupational therapy and physiotherapy crafts and games, and outings are arranged at regular intervals. A hairdresser and chiropodist visit regulary, and visits from a dentist and optician can be arranged. |
