Westholme is located close to the village centres of Moseley and Kings Heath, where there are numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Home is just a short bus ride away from Birmingham City centre, which offers a good variety of facilities.

Westholme is registered for 10 adults with Learning Difficulty or Brain Injury, plus a further 4 at Hilltop, by the Commission for Social Care and Inspection (CSCI). Westholme is able to accommodate 3 wheelchair users.

The property itself is a spacious 3 storey Victorian building with large gardens. Hilltop, a sister Home to Westholme occupies the second (top) floor of the building.

A wide range of in house activities are available to clients, including art and aromatherapy. Externally, clients can attend Headway, Cocksmoor Wood Leisure Centre pool and gym and a local Head Injuries Club.

Westholme staff receive extensive internal training, supplemented by relevant external courses. Westholme have a very dedicated and hardworking care team whose priority is the clients and their well being.

Clients are encouraged to live a fulfilled life and are supported when necessary to achieve this. Giving the clients a choice and enabling them to decide for themselves helps to develop a sense of worth, self-esteem and confidence.
