Castle Farm care home provides quality care based on respect for the residents, their right to make choices, maintain dignity and receive the best of care to suit individual needs. The home has been tastefully decorated throughout with individual décor to each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each individual resident. Offering accommodation to 9 residents with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental disorders. The residents are encouraged to personalise their own space. The staff ratio ensures a supportive framework of care in which our residents can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. Residents can enjoy swimming, horse riding, bowling, trips to cinema, outings to pubs, shopping. College courses are available and include music, art, communication, speech, cooking, relaxation, arts and crafts, dancing or gardening. |
