Thank you for your very pleasant home. The staff from Reception to tea dances were/are a credit to your company. They are kind and caring and helpful, were very pleased as it was our first visit and first impressions are always important. Excellent home.

My wife and I visit residents in Heathlands from time to time and find that those there always say 'what a nice place' and 'how well they are looked after there'. This has happened over a good number of years now so it is nothing new. On a personal note I have found the staff (all I have met) very warm, friendly and efficient people. I also go into another (similar) home and it cannot compare to this one!
