Passionate about good dementia care, they are constantly working to improve the lives of people and families living with dementia.
• There’s a specialist dementia team and many staff have a dementia qualification.
• Attleborough Grange use standards developed by the Alzheimer’s Society to assess and
provide a comprehensive package of care that meets people’s needs and aspirations.
• Levels of care are monitored and adjusted to reflect the changing needs of each individual.
• They spend time getting to know people; talking about their lives, reminiscing and
discovering memories. Life Diaries and Memory Albums help to refresh day to day
