The home is situated in lovely, landscaped gardens and provides spacious en-suite accommodation, with traditional and antique furniture. A good proportion of residents rooms have patio doors opening onto either a patio giving access to the gardens or onto a veranda. Residents are welcome to bring their own possessions.

The Lawns features a large welcoming dining room where residents can socialise at meal time. Residents can select from the daily choices menu available and special dietary needs can be catered for.
