Halifax Drive Care Home provides care for 34 adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The Home has been tastefully decorated throughout with individual décor to each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each individual resident. The residents are supported by experienced staff who ensure that their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs are met. There are a high ratio of staff ensuring a highly supportive framework of care in which the residents can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. The residents enjoy swimming, bowling, trips to the cinema, outings to pubs and shopping. College courses are available and include music, arts & crafts, speech, cooking, relaxation, dancing or gardening.
