We have been looking for a suitable place for our mum. Asked if we could try the facilities to determine if the place was suitable for Mum. A trail period was allowed. The management have a relaxed policy on visiting which makes it so much easier for residents & relatives. The manager & carers were very helpful and cheerful while doing a very demanding job.
