Owner: Craegmoor Healthcare Co Ltd

Ashridge is a Residential Care Home providing quality 24-hour care for 20 adults with learning disabilities. A six-bedded semi- independent unit has since been added to the main house, which has ten single and two double bedrooms. The extensive, attractive gardens are laid mainly to lawn, with areas for growing vegetables and flowers. All residents have an allocated keyworker and we aim for a cheerful, friendly environment in which to maximise each person’s potential. Some residents attend the local college, some use social services run day care facilities, others access our own day services. The Activities Co-ordinator, with support from all staff, arrange regular ten-pin bowling, swimming and trips to local cafes and restaurants.
