Situated in the picturesque village of Folkingham, which is between Sleaford and Bourne on the A15. The Five Bells is a listed building approximately 350-400 years old in the middle of conservation area with a wealth of interesting history. The Five Bells was a major coaching inn on the road to London and is still blessed with many original features, inglenook fire, exposed stonework and beams. Seaside resorts are only an hour or so away by car.

In recent years a two phase extension has been developed. In the first phase three ground floor rooms where built which is part of the main building. The second phase consisted of three garden apartments which have en-suite bedroom and seprate lounge area and Tannery lane which consists of 1 or 2 bed cottages some of which are registerd as part of Five Bells giving the residents a bit more independence with all the facilities of the residential care home for their comfort use and security.
