Review of Seely Hirst House on Monday 1 July 2013 by Mary L (Daughter of service user)
Although I had previously visited Seely Hirst House and formed a good impression it was with the view that my parents' admission was some way off. Events intervened and it was an emergency situation where my father was admitted suddenly whilst mum was in hospital. They couldn't have been more efficient, kind, professional and helpful throughout. Mum joined dad later and her treatment was just as professional. They are thoughtful, if any minor thing goes wrong they learn from it and always smiling and energetic.
