Broughton House is situated in the Lower Broughton area of east Salford close to the administrative boundary with Manchester. Our architect designed home was purpose built in 1989 and boasts thirty five (35) single rooms and one (1) companion room. 31 of them having en-suite facilities.

The home has a drive in forecourt which leads to a secure car park for 12 cars. To the rear of the property is an attractive well maintained, mainly lawned garden with a terrace across the rear of the property
