Review of St Helens Hall & Lodge, St Helens, Merseyside by Marie Lyon (Daughter of Resident)

Thursday 27 September 2012

We were very reluctant to place mum into a care home. We had managed to look after her for 6 years and felt we were providing a good level of care. We were astounded at how mum immediately bonded with the staff, who were always kind, cheerful and caring. Mum's appetite improved due to the excellent food provided. We also noticed an increase in mums confidence and level of interest in her surroundings. We were lucky to find St Helens Lodge

Review of St Helens Hall & Lodge, St Helens, Merseyside by Edna H (Family of Resident)

Monday 30 April 2012

This home impressed my husband and I from the moment we entered the home. A lovely smile and welcome from the home manager, pleasant polite staff all smiled and said hello. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we had not made a previous appointment, we cold called so nothing could be planned. St Helens Council recommended the home. Our mother and ourselves have found a treasure.
