Moorfield House is a Care Home for adults with learning disabilities aged between 18-64 years of age. There are two main bedrooms on the ground floor, eight bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. There are three semi-independent cottages each having four bedrooms. The comfortable, warm and safe environment aims to provide a feeling of security, enhancing the quality of life. A dedicated team of staff aim to meet individual needs and preferences while making every effort to create a homely atmosphere for residents and guests. Working closely with local services such as the Community Learning Disability Team and services such as the GP and Physiotherapist when required. Residents are offered support where it is needed to develop activity programmes, either leisure activities based in the community, in house or educational. |
