I can't say it's a home from home or perfect, as nowhere is like your own home but they all work hard to make it the best they can for you. It's more like a hotel. The staff are nice, the home is always clean and tidy and if you want to see your loved one and they are in their own room and it needs to be cleaned, they wait until you have gone, which is good as you can spend more time with them. Your loved one is kept clean and tidy, washing is done daily for clothes and bedding when needed. From what I see when I go there I would give it nine out of ten.
