I feel that my father is in the best possible hands. I know he is well looked after by the wonderful staff and that he feels that it is his home now. He is shown kindness, patience and dignity & all his requests are listened to and acted on wherever possible. A massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders since he became a resident in February of this year and I have no hesitation in recommending primrose bank to anyone who has a loved one who needs the best of care. When anyone comments on the fact that the rooms are small, I always say "what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in care", which to me is all important.
