Riverside Care Centre is friendly and welcoming. The staff very much regard the family as part of the care. They will always find time to make a cup of tea and sit with you. They always know what your relative has been doing and provide up-to-date information. There is little turnover of staff which is always re-assuring - other family and friends who visit my husband have found exactly the same experience and speak highly of Riverside Care Centre. It is very noticeable how much they engage with the service users - they are constantly talking to them and helping them.

Mum has been at Riverside Care home since January 2015 and has received good care. She responds better to some carers than others. Some carers have a lot more patience than others. Mum doesn't like to be rushed and some carers expect her to respond quicker. Mum has behavioral issues which I would hope that qualified staff could cope with.
