When I and mu husband visit my cousin we always feel comfortable. Chatting to other residents we feel they are quite content, warm and cared for. Dressed tidily in their own clothes. The staff are friendly and offer us a cup of tea. We have had fun and joined in with the entertainment (sing-a-long etc). It feels very homely and the staff seem to stay and are consistent which is important to the residents,

The home is small and friendly and it feels like a house rather than a care home. It is clean and nicely decorated and has a lovely view over Morecambe Bay. The staff are brilliant with everyone - always cheerful and helpful.
