Review of The Yachtsman, Fleetwood, Lancashire by Jean H (Daughter of Resident)

Monday 27 February 2012

Staff are caring and friendly, treat the residents as family. They are always welcoming, helping you up to date with what is happening with your relative. Nothing is too much trouble. There are trips out if your relative is well enough. There are craft afternoons, bingo and people coming in to stimulate the residents. The Yachtsman is a home from home and I would definitely recommend it to other people.

Review of The Yachtsman, Fleetwood, Lancashire by Pat G (Wife of Resident)

Thursday 12 January 2012

The staff care about their patients and it shows in the way they care for them, making sure they are clean and well dressed and happy. Also making sure they drink and eat. If like some of them forget, the staff will stay with them and make sure they are fed. In the summer they go out to the zoo or park and have a picnic. They go out for pub lunches and have entertainment come in and have barbecues. Its just like home from home.
